The lights are low, the fire crackles in the fireplace, and the deep armchairs invite you to relax. A good glass in hand, and the time is yours.
Behind the bar, we know our classics. A well-balanced Negroni, an Espresso Martini or one of Skoven’s own signature cocktails. Great care goes into what ends up in the glass, from the good ingredients to the final detail.
Baren is for relaxed hours together over a glass and a few savoury snacks. For champagne before dinner, or the cocktail that rounds off the evening in the finest way.
Snuggen
Next to Baren, behind a discreet wooden panel, Snuggen lies hidden. A small, intimate space for a small group. Here the atmosphere deepens, and the world outside suddenly feels far away.
Snuggen has its roots in old Britain, where special rooms were set aside for private parties and conversations behind closed doors. A tradition of discretion, confidentiality and a certain exclusivity, which has now found its own place in Skoven.
The door opens only on special occasions and for specially invited guests. No reservations. No rules.
By the fireplace
Baren is designed as a natural place to gather before and after dinner. A place where the pace slows and there is room to let the moment linger. The calm flames of the fireplace invite good conversation, a moment of reflection or simply the pleasure of being present.

Skoven is closed only a few days a year
